Scenery.cfg troubles

Recommended Posts

Hello

I'm new on this forum and have a ques.

I'm using Prepar3d v3.3.4 and ORBX.

When i start the sim i get the msg Scenery Addon can't be found do i have to disregard yes/no.

I tried everything i downloaded the Scenery Config Editor - Migration Tool(bought) but nothing helps.

Anyone a clue?

Look at your scenery.cfg file in the C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3 folder, it will be the path to one of your installed scenerys which will be incorrect.

:hat:

Yeah i know but this is the Scenery remote directory is invalid so it can't be only one or two sceneries i suppose.

Do you know the program Teamviewer??

Hi Frans,

You have a scenery PA vol.1 X - EPGD layer 166 [Area 166] which has no scenery path.

I have edited the file to disable it and attached the file to this post.

Take a sideways copy of your scenery.cfg for back up and drop this file in its place.

scenery.cfg

Cheers,

Joe

OK, that was the obvious one as there was no path at all, I'll send you a PM.
