May 2015 - Favourite Freeware Aircraft

Recommended Posts

Last one from me:

Osprey_For_Comp_zpslyokm5gg.jpg

Original model for FS9 by Vlad Zhyhulskiy and updated for FSX. Find it on FlyAwaySimulation.

Hilarious to fly - the V22 lifts off like a helicopter, transition is fairly straightforward and you can fly and land as a fixed wing. Hovering and landing as a helicopter is another thing!!

Cheers - Dai. :old-git:

Christen Eagle 11 a great freeware via PC Pilot cover disk, you can just throw this little baby all over the skies and have a big smile on your face.

My second choice of freeware aircraft is the TDS B787-8 depicted here in (fictional) QANTAS livery at the threshold.

#3.  Another of Milton Schupes' original models, updated to FSX.  Unfortunately you can't hear those radials bursting to life.
