  1. Too low?

  2. Build yourself a TRIM WHEEL using an old PC mouse in conjunction with Peter Dowson's software FSUIPC. A small hole has to be made on the side of the plastic casing of the mouse. The trim wheel was made from the base of a CD stack holder with a screw glued to the central axis point. This screw goes through the hole you made in the side of the mouse and into the axle of the mouse drive so that when you turn the trim wheel it turns the mouse top wheel too. The cover was made from black corrugated plastic to hide the mouse and cable. You plug the mouse into a spare USB and using the FSUIPC software select the "Miscellaneous" window and "tick" the "mouse wheel" trim box shown in the picture.

  4. Photo scenery for FSX, FSX Steam and P3D I plan to donate my home made photo scenery collection to an Italian contact who owns his own web site, http://www.italyphotoreal.weebly.com as he can upload to his " storage cloud", and then anyone who is interested can download when its convenient for them. On this site he is offering all the European photo scenery F.O.C but, if possible, asks for a donation for the Peter Pan Hospice Foundation in Rome for children's families to have accommodation and transport while cancer treatment is given, as a small thank you for all of his time making and processing scenery. https://www.wantedinrome.com/news/romes-peter-pan-charity-celebrates-20-years.html Its a very worth while cause and I feel it also helps give something back as when I started, on this all consuming hobby, this was the first site to offer free photo scenery to get me under way. What goes around......

  15. Making a trim wheel for FSX

I don't have a tutorial but the pictures are self explanatory.......................... Build yourself a trim wheel using an old PC mouse in conjunction with Peter Dowson's software FSUIPC. The first picture shows the simple modification to a PC mouse cable tied to the leg of the flight sim table. The second picture shows the trim wheel cover made from black corrugated plastic and below my home made rudder pedals.
  16. Making a trim wheel for FSX

There is a much easier way of making a "Trim Wheel" with an old computer mouse, I made one several years ago and its still working well.
