According to the Aerosoft forum they will release the Mitchel Wing as a free download for all registered forum users.

From what I can gather it will be released on july 2nd, so if you're not a member of their forum this could be a good time to sign up ;)

..and it is a delight to fly! I just tried it out now, and it is a load of fun packaged into a small aircraft. Can do small touches onto water, and responds really quickly. Had trouble landing it in high winds, which is not surprising! Anyways, highly recommended, and great job to Aerosoft! (Some shots I took are down below)

It's a great little aircraft. I love it. Beware though, the compass works in reverse, so heading east by the compass will send you west and vice versa. North/south is fine though.

Did a quick test last night, and it looks like a nice little plane to fly play around with... didn't notice the compass "feature".. but the again, I wasn't really looking since I only did a quick circuit.

Mind you, the Pacific Fjord area wasn't the best place to take an ultralight out flying in yesterday... pretty rough winds, and very low visibility... I think I was almost flying sideways at times ;)

There is a fix for the compass but it costs 40 bucks, only kidding :D Thanks Aerosoft :thum:
